DC Metro Dads' Playgroups

Montgomery County Dads now sponsors the "Every Tuesday Playgroup." It meets in Rockville every, you guessed it, Tuesday! Watch the Montgomery County Dads and DC Metro Dads emails for details about the playgroup.

We are sorry to see the Derwood Playgroup end after 5 years.  Many thanks to Russ Louch for hosting the playgroup and we all wish for he and his family all the best in their new life in Texas.

Likewise, we would like to thank Dennis P. for hosting the Northern Virginia Playgroup over the years. 

Each week Dennis and Russ opened their homes so that our Dads could get together with their children, serving the duel functions of letting the fathers talk to other adults, which, believe me, is a God-send for any at-home parent, as well as letting the children get some socialization, which is essential to their development.
